Service Warranty
Upgrades made by NCAL carry a (1) one year warranty against material/mechanical defects from the date of purchase and a (30) thirty-day labor warranty on work performed. We reserve the right to replace any defective part with one of equal or higher value. Within the warranty period parts and labor necessary to repair the system are free of charge. Our warranties do not cover physical damage, negligence, incompatibility, any loss of data, combinations thereof, or consequential / incidental damages, whether direct or indirect. All warranty work requires the original invoice. Any system worked on by a non-authorized NCAL Computer Source person will void any and all warranties provided. Systems and notebooks not assembled by NCAL are subject to a $35 diagnostic fee for any troubleshooting.
Parts Warranty
Individual parts (excluding CPU's and memory) carry a (90) ninety-day warranty against material/mechanical defects from the date of purchase. CPU's and memory carry a (30) thirty-day warranty against material/mechanical defects from the date of purchase. Our warranties do not cover physical damage, negligence, incompatibility, damage due to shipping, any loss of data, combinations thereof, or consequential/incidental damages, whether direct or indirect. Any retail products carry no warranty through NCAL. All warranties on Retail product MUST go back to the manufacturer. All warranty work requires the original invoice provided by the customer. Any system worked on by a non-authorized NCAL Computer Source person will void any and all warranties provided.
New System Warranty
Systems purchased form NCAL Computer Source carry a (3) year warranty against material/mechanical defects from the date of purchase. This (3) year warranty applies only against mechanical defects and not damage resulting from 3rd party software applications and/or virus, spyware and malware infections/worms. We reserve the right to replace any defective part with one of equal or higher value after complete overview of system. Within the warranty period, the parts and labor necessary to repair the system are free of charge for the customer. Our warranties do not cover physical damage, negligence, incompatibility, any loss of data, combinations thereof, or consequential/incidental damages, whether direct or indirect. All warranty services requires the original invoice provided by NCAL to the customer with correct identification. Any new system adjusted or rebuilt by non-authorized NCAL Computer Source, Inc. personel will void our warranty provided with that new system. New systems, including packages, are subject to a $60 assembly fee for a (3) years parts & labor warranty to be valid. |
